In addition, we help new/seasoned entrepreneurs in acquiring businesses as well as assist established companies in acquiring a business for their own expansion and growth and strategic plans for the future. Simply put, we are a business brokerage and commercial real estate firm with offices in Colorado, Texas and Nevada.

Our firm is the number one Transworld franchise location in the world for eight years running. We are looking for an experienced sales administrator to work along side the sales admin manager and service team.

We are looking for a rock star to help round out our dedicated team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with past CRM and administrative experience, a lust for life and a good sense of humor. The perfect candidate will have the ability to switch from one task to another seamlessly, managing multiple projects and responsibilities each day. The overall focus for this role is to support through incoming lead nurturing and listing management. This person also needs to tackle each new challenge with a thirst for learning and figure it out factor. This is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment that needs someone with the ability to pick up on new technology quickly and adapt to changes smoothly.

Lead, Manage, Accountability (LMA)

● Lead: Sales organization in detail management and execution to an excellent level

● Manage: Team of administrates as necessary

● Accountable: To VP of Operations and Sales Directors

Job Responsibilities

● Office expert on our CRM systems

● Input data into CRM systems as well as provide Quality Control for:

  1. Leads
  2. Listings
  3. Overall clean and complete records

● Provide support & training to brokers on CRM systems

● Entering, mining, and manipulating data for key metric reporting

● Managing & updated brochures & listings

● Managing/posting listings on client facing platforms

● Managing sales meeting technology, dashboards, reporting

● Field lead and main office line phone calls, direct or input as necessary

● Maintain client relationships through first contact experience

● Assist in administrative tasks as needed (office support, supply ordering etc)

Skills Education

Outlook, Word, Excel, Zoom/Teams, DocuSign, Slack, Must have past CRM Experience preferably in commercial real estate. Salesforce, Ascendix, Hubspot, (or similar sales platform) is a huge bonus.
